Longtime politician Vincent Graber passes away


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A longtime Western New York politician has died.

Vincent Graber served 10 terms in the New York State Assembly, representing parts of Buffalo and the surrounding suburbs.

His legacy lives on in things many of us do every day. In the 1980s, he helped pass some of the first seat belt and infant seat laws in the nation.

He was 83-years-old.
