Troopers charge graduate with trespassing at school

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Starpoint graduate is accused of trespassing at the school on June 29.

New York State Police say 18-year-old Charles Mussen of Lockport and another male were in the building.

An alarm activated during the alleged incident, and school officials were able to review security footage. Officials could identify one of two males who were in the building. The New York State Police are continuing to investigate the incident.

Mussen is charged with misdemeanor third-degree criminal trespass. He will answer the charge in Pendletown Court in August.
