Woman accused of stealing “No Trespass” signs

WATERPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – An Orleans County woman is facing a misdemeanor charge for allegedly stealing a neighbor’s “No Trespass” signs.

State Police were called to the complainant’s property in Waterport on Wednesday after the signs were discovered missing. Troopers say they located the signs on Mary Thompson’s property.

The 66-year-old was arrested and charged with petit larceny. She was released and is due back in Town of Carlton Court later this month.
