Falls man accused of sexually abusing child


NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Niagara Falls man is facing felony charges after alleged sexual abuse involving a child.

The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office says 62-year-old Joseph Lange was arrested Tuesday at 11:45 p.m. He was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.

Lange was arraigned in Town of Cambria Court, where bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. He is due back in court on July 15th.
