Inmate accused of throwing urine on officer

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – An inmate locked up on burglary charges is accused of throwing urine onto a corrections officer in the Niagara County Correctional Facility.

Deputies have charged Kevin Horton, 42, with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, which is a felony. Horton is currently being held out of City of Lockport Court.

For this latest charge, his bail was set at $5,000.
