Man convicted of 3 previous DWI’s arrested 4th time

WALES, N.Y. (WIVB)– Erie County Sheriffs deputies arrested a Holland man for felony DWI Thursday night on Route 16 in Wales after a traffic stop.

Joseph Seeley, 26, had previous DWI convictions in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Seeley refused to submit to a breath test to determine his BAC.

Seeley is charged with a class D felony for DWI (previous convictions), driving a vehicle without and ignition interlock device, and multiple traffic infractions including imprudent speed, unsafe turn and littering.

He was processed and transported to the Erie County Holding Center to await arraignment in Wales Town Court.
