Seaman arrested for boating while intoxicated

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Deputies say they arrested the operator of a vessel for boating while intoxicated after stopping him north of the Buffalo Harbor late Friday night.

The sheriff’s office say Thomas Seaman was operating his boat around 11:30 p.m. without the use of navigational lights. Deputies say the 35-year-old had a BAC of .11 percent.

Seaman was released on an appearance ticket on two counts of boating while intoxicated.
