Teen found guilty of second degree murder

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A jury has convicted a Buffalo teenager of second degree murder.

Damone Lewis, 19, was found guilty of killing 23-year-old Jeremy Thomas back in 2012. Earlier this year Lewis avoided conviction on an attempted murder charge in another case after the victim changed her story.

He’ll be sentenced on this conviction next month.
