Two-car crash leads to DWI-Drug charges

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A West Seneca man is charged with DWI-Drugs after a two-car crash in Elma that sent two people to the hospital.

According to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, Curtis Frantz, 23, of West Seneca was heading eastbound on Bullis Road around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday when he crossed into the westbound lane and struck a mailbox.
