Cracked windshield stop leads to arrests


JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – New York State Police stopped a vehicle with a cracked windshield on July 3rd and ended up arresting three Jamestown residents. Troopers say K9 Kubi helped them find drugs inside the car.

Troopers say they found marijuana, hashish, psilocybin mushrooms and codeine in the vehicle. Angel Ormsby, 38, Thomas Ormsby, 41, and Christopher Holland, 28, are all charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Each person was arraigned in Town of Sherman Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
