NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – It’s deja vu for people living in one North Tonawanda neighborhood.
Fire broke out at a home on 5th Avenue for the second time this month. The fire happened early Sunday morning. Police have not release any details about how the fire started.
Another house on the street has caught fire eight times in the past couple of weeks. Michelle Johnston, 41, was arrested last week on nine counts of arson. She’s accused of setting fires to homes on both sides of her home on 5th Avenue in the past three weeks. Johnston is expected to return to court at 9:30 a.m, with an attorney.
The cause of the latest fire is under investigation.
