New indictments in Jamestown home invasion


JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Chautauqua County Grand Jury has indicted another two of the suspects from a July 1st home invasion in Jamestown.

Lavelle D. Jones and Jacon Hicks, both 26 and both of Buffalo are facing several charges several charges including three counts of first degree aggravated sexual sexual abuse, first degree criminal sexual act, four counts of first degree burglary, six counts of first degree robbery, two counts of first degree criminal use of a firearm, two counts of second degree criminal possession of a weapon and four counts of second degree assault. Both are being held on $2 million property bail or $1 million cash bail.

Last week, Jaqwan Martin and Maqwan Martin, both 23 and from Buffalo were indicted for the same incident.
