Buffalo Zoo hosts a sold out Wines in the Wild


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Zoo hosted a sold-out Wines in the Wild Wednesday night.

Over 60 of Western New York’s finest finest restaurants, wineries, and breweries took part in the annual event. News 4’s Nalina Shapiro and Winging It Buffalo Style’s Lauren Hall served as judges.

All the proceeds go to the zoo’s adopt an animal program.

Buffalo Zoo Senior Event Coordinator Katie Jordan said, “The grocery bill is all year round and it’s very high for all of our animals. So it is really important for us to be able to feed them throughout the entire year, winter included. So this really helps with that.”
