Alleged gang member turns himself in, one on the run

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Another alleged gang member turned himself in to authorities in Buffalo on Friday.

According to the FBI, 24-year-old Michael Robertson surrendered Friday morning. Prosecutors say they are charging him and 16 others with being a member or associate of the most violent gang in Buffalo, the Schuele boys. They face counts of conspiracy to possess, with intent to distribute, cocaine and crack cocaine.

Andre Wise is the only suspect they haven’t arrested yet.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said the alleged gang members were the targets of the mass shooting at the City Grill in downtown Buffalo in the summer of 2010. Eight people were shot and four of them were killed.

Marcel Worthy, 30, of Buffalo, is believed to be the alleged gang leader. At the time of the City Grill shooting, law enforcement believed he was a kilogram quantity cocaine trafficker. The FBI suspects Worthy has killed at least one person.
