Man accused of selling morphine in Allegany County

FRIENDSHIP, N.Y. (WIVB) – An Allegany County man was arrested Wednesday following a lengthy investigation into the sale of drugs in the Town of Friendship.

Deputies took Albert Rhodes into custody on an Allegany County Grand Jury indictment warrant charging him with two counts of third degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Officers say on two separate occasions, the 26-year-old man from Cuba, NY sold morphine to an undercover agent.
