Forum to focus on neighborhood schools

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Thursday is the fourth and final meeting in the Buffalo Common Council’s Education Forum Series.

The purpose of these forums is to identify the specific problems of the Buffalo Public School System, to develop as many evidence-based strategies or tactics to address those problems, and establish an ongoing dialog between the Council and the Board of Education.

Thursday night’s meeting is at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall and will focus on returning to neighborhood schools.

Community members are invited to attend.
