Buses to run from downtown to Erie County Fair

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The NFTA will be providing bus service to the Erie County Fair between August 6 and August 17. The 14 Abbott and 16 South Park routes will offer service to the fair.

On weekdays, Route 14 buses will start leaving for the fair from Mohawk and Washington at 7:55 a.m. Departures from the fair will start at 9:20 a.m. and go until 11:05 p.m.

Route 16 will start leaving for the fair from Mohawk and Washington, starting at 12:45 p.m. Departures from the grounds will start at 2:17 p.m. and end at 8 p.m.

On Saturdays, the 14 Abbott will leave from downtown at 7:30 a.m. Departures from the fair will start at 9:32 a.m. and end at 11:05 p.m.

Route 16 will leave from downtown at 8 a.m. They will begin leaving the grounds at 8:29 a.m. and go through 5:04 p.m.

On Sundays, Route 14 will start leaving from downtown at 8:30 a.m. It will behind leaving from the fair at 9:35 a.m. and end at 11:05 p.m.

Route 16 will begin leaving from downtown at 10 a.m. It will begin leaving from the fair at 11:04 a.m. and end at 5:04 p.m.

Route 36 Hamburg will operate a regular weekday and Saturday schedule with extended trips on McKinley Parkway that will service the McKinley Parkway entrance.
