DELEVAN, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Delevan man allegedly choked his victim when the victim attempted to leave following an argument last week.
State Police arrested Paul Stender on July 29, charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Troopers say the 38-year-old choked the male victim and ripped his sweatshirt when the victim attempted to leave. Police did not release the name or condition of the victim.
Stender will face the charges in Town of Yorkshire Court.
