POLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) – State Police say a woman arrested after a domestic disturbance is now facing a felony charge for breaking the window of a patrol car.

Troopers were called to Birch Street in the Town of Poland Thursday, where they arrested 29-year-old Rebecca Dahlgren of Jamestown for disorderly conduct and second degree harassment, both violations. Police say Dahlgren had been involved in a domestic disturbance.

After placing her in the back of a patrol car, troopers say she smashed out the rear passenger window. Dahlgren was additionally charged with third degree criminal mischief, a class E felony.

She was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $20,000 bail.
