WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) – No one was seriously injured in a crash between a car and a motorcycle Saturday in the Town of Warsaw.

Police say 24-year-old Megan Breslin, of Corning, was pulling into the intersection of Buck Road and Liberty Street to make a left turn when 44-year-old Jack R. Wood II was also entering the intersection. Police say Breslin never saw the motorcycle, which was in the process of passing another vehicle.

Breslin was not injured in the crash. Wood sustained minor injuries to his hand and chest, but declined transport to the hospital. A 32-year-old passenger on the motorcycle was not injured.

Wood was ticketed for moving from lane unsafely.
