Woman, two children escape Kenmore fire

KENMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) – Three people escaped a house fire in Kenmore Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out about 4:15 a.m. at 168 Parkwood Avenue, between Delaware Avenue and Colvin Boulevard.

A man told News 4 that his daughter lived in the house with her two children. He said all of them made it out safely. Firefighters say the family was waiting with neighbors when rescuers arrived.

No one was injured. Authorities have not yet determined how the fire was started.
