NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – A 21-year-old is accused of driving his vehicle on the wrong side of the road while intoxicated.

New York State Police say Zachary Miller had an odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath when they spoke with him on Wednesday in Niagara Falls. Police say the Niagara Falls man had a blood alcohol content of .15 percent, nearly two times the legal limit.

Miller is charged with DWI and vehicle and traffic violations. He is due back in City of Niagara Falls Court in September.
