Man pleads not guilty to threatening woman with bow and arrow

SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man accused of stealing a woman’s truck before driving to her home and threatening her with a bow and arrow has pleaded not guilty.

On June 24, deputies say Andrew Jaquish, 28, of Killbuck went to Davis O’Laughlin Buick GMC Cadillac in Great Valley and stole a truck belonging to Nicolette Jimerson. He then allegedly drove to her home on Center Road in the Town of Salamanca.

Once there, authorities say he got into a fight with Jimerson and pulled out a bow and arrow, which he pointed at her and another woman, threatening to shoot them.

He left the area in Jimerson’s truck and abandoned it a short distance away. Deputies say they took him into custody when he was found walking on Rt. 417 in Killbuck.

Jaquish is charged with third degree grand larceny, two counts of first degree criminal contempt, two counts of second degree menacing, third degree stalking and first degree harassment.

He pleaded not guilty Monday and is due back in court at a later date. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
