Family tries raising money after deadly crash

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man’s family is raising money after a deadly car crash on I-290 Wednesday afternoon.

Police say Jamie LaChance, 37, of Buffalo, was ejected from his car after he lost control and rolled over around 3 p.m. at the on-ramp at Elmwood Avenue. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

His family opened an account on, to raise money to pay for funeral expenses after the unexpected death.
