Town official charged with criminal trespass

ALDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) – An official from the Town of Alden was charged Friday with criminal trespass.

News 4 has learned Highway Superintendent Gary Wagner was caught at a building during construction without permission. There are no details available on where he allegedly trespassed, or why he was there.
