Hospital union reaches tentative deal

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) – Union workers could soon have a new contract at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk.

Members of 1199 SEIU have reached a tentative deal with the administration. They have been in contract negotiations since March and a federal mediator stepped in to help.

Details of the contract have not been released.

Union members will vote on the deal on September 11.
