ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man charged in February with DWI after crashing his car into some trees was again arrested for DWI in Orchard Park.
Kevin O’Connor, 36, was arrested around 3:45 a.m. Tuesday after passing a red light at Southwestern Boulevard and Orchard Park Road. Police say O’Connor was intoxicated, became argumentative with officers and refused to undergo roadside testing or a breath test.
He is charged with DWI, passing a red light and uninspected motor vehicle. He was held pending arraignment.
O’Connor was last arrested in February after he was found walking along Rt. 20A after police say he crashed his car into some trees off the on-ramp to Rt. 219 at Rt. 20A. O’Connor refused a breath test but was charged with DWI, speeding, having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle, and refusing a breath screening.
