Felony DWI charge for driver with prior DWI conviction

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Jamestown woman is facing a charge of felony DWI after being stopped for driving erratically.

State Police say they pulled Tammie Yonkers over on Willard Street in Jamestown around 11 p.m. on Tuesday. Troopers say the 41-year-old was intoxicated and had a BAC of .09 percent.

Yonkers, who has a previous DWI conviction, was charged with felony DWI.

She is due back in court at a later date.
