Man holds up Lockport convenience store


LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – Deputies are looking for an armed man who robbed a convenience store in the Town of Lockport Thursday night.

Around 8:30 p.m., a man described as black, 6′ tall and 200 pounds, entered the Stop N’ Gas on Lake Avenue, displayed a black handgun, and demanded money from the clerk. He left the store with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect was wearing a red hoodie or shirt and black baggy jeans.
