BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – “Ready Freddy” came to Highgate Heights Elementary on Friday to help welcome back pre-K and kindergarten students back to the school.

Ready Freddy is a Buffalo Schools initiative to stress the importance of going to school every day. The event reminds parents and students that you must be present to learn every day.
