SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – Deputies say a man coming to their Springville station to discuss a property damage accident drove drunk to the meeting.

Shortly after 10 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies say Larry Winger drove to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office drunk. Officers say the 60-year-old Concord man failed field sobriety tests and a breath test revealed a .10 percent BAC.

Winger was arrested and charged with DWI.
