Four arrested over heroin, weapon after raids in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – Four people were arrested in Jamestown Wednesday morning after police say they found 260 doses of heroin, a sawed off shotgun and a large sum of cash.

Officers working with State Police raided three locations on Franklin Street. Three people, Jose Sanquiche, 37; Juan Vargas-Lopez, 30; and Stephanie Castro, 26; were all charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Raul Roadriguez, 62, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm for allegedly having a sawed-off shotgun.
