FREWSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man who police say nearly struck two pedestrians with his ATV is now facing charges.
Monday night around 7 p.m., troopers say Coty Schauers drove past two people on Frew Run Road in Frewsburg at a high rate of speed, nearly hitting them.
