TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Police say a domestic dispute led to a stabbing Monday in the Town of Tonawanda.
Tamieka Y. Johnson, of Buffalo, is accused of stabbing a woman in the shoulder with a kitchen knife on September 1 during a physical altercation at apartments on Fries Road. She was charged with assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated harassment.
Bail was set at $10,000. Johnson is scheduled for a felony hearing on Thursday in Town of Tonawanda court.
This is one of three stabbing arrests made in Tonawanda over a four-day period. Another incident involved a dispute over a boyfriend and the third involved a man who allegedly attacked a woman inside a vehicle.
