App allows Bills fans to report safety issues

Newly renovated endzone area of Ralph Wilson Stadium

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A new smartphone app will allow Buffalo Bills fans to alert Ralph Wilson Stadium staff to safety concerns during games.

ELERTS Stadium app will provide fans to “see something and say something,” according to the team. The app will allow fans to discretely send a photo with the camera flash automatically disabled, and a description of any security concern. The app may include a text description of problem and a GPS map of the location.

Andy Major, Bills Vice President of Operations and Guest Experience, said, “Most Bills fans already carry smartphones to the games, and ELERTS Stadium will be an easy and proactive option for fans and Ralph Wilson Stadium team members to share and report incidents. The Bills are always interested in making sure that gamedays are a safe and great fan experience, and we are excited to be the first NFL team to partner with ELERTS.” provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
