Driver falls asleep, car flips three times

FRENCH CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) – Police say a Pennsylvania man fell asleep at the wheel Sunday night, resulting in a one-car crash.

The accident at St-426 and Mina Road, in French Creek, left driver 37-year-old Matthew Maloof injured. Police say his vehicle veered off the road, hit a ditch and rolled over three times.

Maloof was taken to Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania by helicopter. He did not have life-threatening injuries.
