Pair accused of breaking into school, stealing items

HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) – Two people are accused of breaking into a Silver Creek Central School building and stealing property from inside the school.

Monday night around 3 p.m., deputies took 28-year-old Charissa Jozwiak of Silver Creek and 18-year-old Zachary Franklin of Forestville.

Authorities say the pair are connected to a break-in that took place on August 8 when the school was entered after operating hours and items were stolen.

Both are charged with third degree criminal trespass and petit larceny.

They are due back in court at a later date. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
