Police look for owners of stolen iPods

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) – Amherst Police are trying to identify the people who have recently had their iPods stolen.

Officers arrested three Buffalo residents last week. Inside their vehicle, police say they found 12 iPods, 10 iPods chargers and other items possible stolen from cars.

Detectives are looking to locate people who may have had an iPod stolen from their car recently but did not file a police report.

If you had an iPod stolen sometime in the last two weeks, e-mail tips@apdny.org and provide a description of the iPod (serial number, color, memory size, etc.) along with your contact information.
