Driver in crash accused of .25 percent BAC

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) – An Elma man was arrested after a property damage accident at the corner of Bowen and Rice Roads, in Elma.

Erie County Sheriff’s deputies say 32-year-old Christopher Reinhardt was involved in an accident Friday at 11 p.m. and his blood alcohol content was .25 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit. Reinhardt was charged with aggravated DWI, imprudent speed, following too closely and open beverages.
