Man charged with fatal shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man has been charged with a fatal shooting this past May on Schmarbeck Avenue in Buffalo.

Bernard Roberson, 21, was arraigned Monday morning on a sealed indictment charging him with second degree murder. Prosecutors say Roberson opened fire on May 2, fatally shooting 38-year-old Jason Ramirez on Schmarbeck Avenue.
