Students drive their tractors to school

EDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) – Fall kicks off homecoming week at local high schools and students in Eden celebrated an annual tradition by driving their tractors to school Wednesday morning.

High school senior Logan Kidder said, “It’s a day we all look forward to because we get to show off what we do in our hometown. This is pretty much most of our life. Farming is a pretty big part of our community and it means a lot for the school to let us do this.”

More than a hundred students rode 63 tractors to the school and after classes let out, horses led them around town.

Eden’s homecoming football game is at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
