Police allegedly find crack cocaine during stop

SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Salamanca Police arrested two Buffalo residents for allegedly having crack cocaine Thursday night, during a traffic stop. The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force arrested 27-year-old Otis Williams Jr. and 24-year-old Brittany Copeland.

Officials said a small amount of crack cocaine was found inside their vehicle. They were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. They were held at City of Salamanca Police Department pending arraignment.
