Albion teen charged with break-in, stealing weapons

ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB)–An Albion teenager has been arrested and charged with stealing weapons from an East State Street home

Police say Allan D. Walls, 16, first threw a rock through a window of the home to gain entry.

Authorities say he stole two rifles, an AK-47 and a Ruger 10-22 as well as ammo for both.

Walls was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and grand larceny.  Police were able to recover the firearms.

The suspect was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and then sent to Orleans County Jail.
