Man, 78, charged with DWI after fan struck near the Ralph

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — An Orchard Park man is facing drunk driving charges after a fan was struck following the Buffalo Bills game Sunday.

Police said Stanley Gon, 78, hit a fan crossing Southwestern Boulevard and Abbott Road just before 7:30 p.m. Police have charged Gon with DWI and vehicular assault. Police said Gon registered a BAC of .09%.

The pedestrian struck by Gon suffered head and leg injuries. Police are not releasing the name of the victim until family is notified.
