PA cities top “ugly accent” tournament

PITTSBURGH, PA (WIVB) – Pennsylvania residents may not be happy with the results of a recent tournament. Pittsburgh won the “Ugliest Accent Tournament,” set up by Gawker.com.

Pittsburgh won by a landslide with 54 percent of the vote. Coming in second place, another city in Pennsylvania, Scranton. Atlanta, Philadelphia and Boston were also in the running.

Buffalo was not listed anywhere on the bracket.  Get a breakdown of how the tournament worked by checking out Gawker’s website.
