Visit Buffalo Niagara moves into Brisbane Building

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Visit Buffalo Niagara is moving to a new location in the Queen City. VBN’s visitor center and offices are moving to the first floor of the Brisbane Building, at Clinton and Washington Streets. Their corporate offices will move into the sixth floor of the Brisbane Building.

VBN will now be close to the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, new hotels, the Hotel at the Lafayette, Canalside and HARBORcenter. The new location is expected to boost their visibility among visitors and western New Yorkers. They are working with tour groups to serve as the beginning and end point to tours.

The center, open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, offers Buffalo-themed merchandise and details about what to do in the Queen City. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
