Troopers arrest Batavia man for forcible touching

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — After receiving a tip from Child Protective Services (CPS), state police arrested a man in Batavia for forcibly touching a 13-year-old.

Genesee County Child CPS tipped off Troopers that Willie Marshall was inappropriately touching a 13-year-old female while staying at a motel with her mother. New York State Police’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation confirmed the tip and arrested Marshall, charging him with forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor.
