Buffalo police identify second fatal shooting victim

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police are investigating the second fatal shooting in as many days.

Police say they’re investigating a shooting which happened just before 1 a.m. Sunday morning. That shooting left 20-year-old Cesar Luis Davila-Ramirez dead on Buffalo’s west side at Hudson Street.

The string of violence has killed another young adult, a 19-year-old on the city’s east side and left a 20-year-old in critical condition.

Homicide detectives are in the middle of an investigation. They’re asking anyone with information to call or text their confidential tip line at (716) 847-2255.
