Jamestown advances to the state finals

Jamestown beats Henninger in the state semifinals 28-12


ROCHESTER, NY (WIVB) — On Saturday afternoon at Sahlens Stadium in Rochester Jamestown beat Henninger in the class AA state semifinal 28-12. The Red Raiders went up 28-0 at the half. Nikkolas Holland threw for 154 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 104 yards and one touchdown. Zack Panebianco logged 85 receiving yards and one touchdown. Jamestown dominated early on in the game. The victory marked the school’s fifth win in a semifinal game in the state tournament.

Jamestown will head to Syracuse on November 29th, where the will take on Newburgh Free Academy at the Carrier Dome in the state championship game.
