Three charged after Allegany County investigation

RICHBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) – Three people are facing charges after an investigation into the harboring of two people in Allegany County, according to the sheriff’s office.

Holden P. Faulkner, 26, of Richburg, and Learn, 32, of Friendship, were found inside a residence on Broad Street, in Richburg. Darlene Learn, of Richburg, was taken into custody when she arrived at the home.

Faulkner was wanted on a Family Court Warrant for failure to obey a support order. Brian Learn was wanted for violation of probation of a previous charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Darlene Learn was sentenced for two counts of obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree hindering prosecution.
